While developing parts for the 2011 Polaris Pro, we decided to use actual dyno runs, which you don’t often see. The reason is, if you dyno 5 identical sleds you’ll get 5 different results, and often none of those results match what the factory says. So most shops will just show a graph with no numbers attached. But we wanted to show the exact numbers the parts would gain. So this is what this sled dyno’ed stock.

Stock Dyno Run 143.6 HP

We thought it slightly low; we installed a Power Addiction head to bring up the compression and re-dyno’ed it. Listed are both dyno runs.

Stock Sled With Power Addiction Head 146.6

3.2 HP Over Stock

Pipe, Can, Head And Fuel 156.6 HP

13 HP Over Stock

The last dyno run is with the best pipe and can combination we can come up with.

The head can be used with no power commander. But installing the pipe and can leaves hollow spots in the mid range also the top end is a little lean. So we recommend some type of EFI control device. Because of ease of installation and accuracy in tuning we are selling the Power Commander V with our kit.

Note: Although we gave it a good try, we could come up with absolutely no power using the stock pipe and a different can. Our pipe and can must be used together. The pipe will not fit other mufflers, nor will the muffler fit other pipes.

This is for the Pipe, Can, Power Commander and Power Addiction Head. You can purchase all of these separately on our website.
